Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of white sugar
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 egg
1 1/4 cups of milk
Cooking spray
Directions:

In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and white sugar.

Add the melted butter, egg, and milk to the dry ingredients, and whisk until the mixture is well combined. Allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and generously spray it with cooking spray.

Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot skillet for each pancake.

Cook the pancakes for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until you see bubbles forming on the sides and in the center of each pancake.

Carefully flip the pancakes and continue cooking until they are beautifully golden, which usually takes about 1 to 2 more minutes.

Enjoy your delicious homemade pancakes!
