Yellow fried rice and meat with mixed sauce is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines the savory flavors of fried rice with a tasty meat and sauce mixture. Here's a recipe for this dish:

Ingredients:

For the Yellow Fried Rice:

2 cups of cooked and cooled jasmine rice (preferably day-old)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1-2 tablespoons soy sauce (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (for the yellow color)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish (optional)
For the Meat with Mixed Sauce:

1 pound of your choice of meat (chicken, beef, or pork), thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

For the Yellow Fried Rice:

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until they become fragrant and the onion turns translucent.
Push the garlic and onion to one side of the skillet and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until they're fully cooked.
Add the thawed peas and carrots to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Add the cold, cooked rice to the skillet. Break up any clumps and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the rice is heated through.
Sprinkle the turmeric powder over the rice and stir well to evenly coat the rice, giving it a nice yellow color.
Season the fried rice with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro, if desired. Remove from heat and set aside.
For the Meat with Mixed Sauce:

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in another skillet or wok over high heat.
Add the sliced meat and stir-fry until it's cooked through and no longer pink. Remove the meat from the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, then add the minced garlic, sliced bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms (if using). Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Pour this sauce mixture over the vegetables.
Return the cooked meat to the skillet and toss everything together.
In a separate small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Pour this slurry into the skillet and stir well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To Serve:

Divide the yellow fried rice onto plates and top with the meat and mixed sauce. Garnish with additional chopped green onions or cilantro if desired. Enjoy your delicious yellow fried rice and meat with mixed sauce!
